There were 108 Buddhist organisations, 97 Organisations and 16 Meditations and Teachings in Bangladesh. Buddhism is now the third largest religion in Bangladesh with about 2% of population adhering to Theravada Buddhism.
Government provide some relief to some villages with only 5 KG rice which are not enough to the covid-19 pandemic victims, 60% of the victims are starve some are protesting on the for reliefs, but in Chittagong Hill tracts situation is different from the plain districts, the victims are unable to move silently starve survive on wild leaves and forest products.
